What Happens if I Lose My Bus Ticket?

If you lose your coach ticket, then unfortunately you need to book a new one. If you have only lost the printed version, then you can check your e-mails for the original ticket in order to print it out again.     Hi, on 11.12.2020 I bought on your website two tickets from Luton Airport to Northampton for date of 12.12.2029 on 16:45 o’clock, I made a payment but didn’t get any e-tickets, next day when I arrived to Luton Airport I tried to solve the problem but the bus driver said our tickets are not in sistem so I had to buy another two, the tickets where ordered on my name, Rozan Ceaglar, and the payment was made from a mastercard on name Golan Angela, my email is cerozan8@gmail.com , please contact me, thank you.

    I am booking a ticket from Nottingham UK to London UK for 17th Dec 2020. Here it shows for 12.50, but when I click on ‘View Deal’, it takes me to the webpage on National Express. There the ticket automatically increases to 18.60. Can you please check what is going on ?

    Hello,

    I went on check my bus website yesterday to look for tickets from London to Newcastle. I wanted to check the exact price of the booking so I entered my bank details so it took me to the payment page somehow I must have pressed pay without realising. I was checking my statement yesterday when I saw a transaction from national express. I have tried to contact them to cancel it but unfortunately they can only modify the booking as the error was though a third party. Please could you advise me on what to do to get my money back.
